However we have noted certain things which might need attention such as there might be a slight manufacturing defect(even though we check every parameters,there is a slight possibility) or a wrong item is delivered to you(even though we check every parameters but still there is a slight possibility).
Things to do in case of any Quality Flaws/Incorrect Product Delivered:
-Please inform us through email within 24 hours of the receipt of the product.
-Please send any pictures to explain the nature of the issue.
-Upon hearing from you,our concerned team will contact you with the steps to be taken in that situation and we will make arrangements to ship the replacement product at no extra cost to you after the receipt of the product we initially sent.
In rare case, if the same product is no longer available,you will be requested to select an alternate product or take refund for the same.
-Always mail us within 24 hours of receipt.
-Return the product only after consulting with us.
-Describe the nature of the issue in detail.
-Use only registered airmail/courier to return the package.
-Return shipping cost will be borne by the consumer.
-After getting return confirmation,please ensure return with 7 days in original condition and packaging.
-We will process the refund within 4/5 days after the receipt of the goods returned to us.

SIZE ISSUES AND COMPLAINTS
Even if the product is stitched accurately,a slight variation or alteration may be required to make it the perfect fit.
To minimise such errors,we always encourage to go for more safer options like adhering to standard size chart,giving accurate measurements or also sending your best fit garment for example.
If there is any error from our side, we will do the alterations free of cost. We will also bear the shipping charge.
NON-AVAILIBILITY OF PRODUCTS
If any product/s is not available after ordering(which is a rare instance), we will give an option to either select an alternate product or take complete refund.
If the package is damaged or tampered with,please accept the parcel after verifying the contents or if any changes found,please do not accept the parcel or accept only after entering proper remarks.you may also lodge a complaint against the local courier office so that we can do the needful.
